NHAI -HQ/11013/2023 -LA/Notif./PIU -Villupuram/Corri ] No. 3827] NEW DELHI, WEDN ESDAY , SEPTEMBER 13, 2023/ BHADRA 22, 1945 CG-DL-E-14092023-248720 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAY S CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 12th September , 2023 S.O. 3989(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O.345 (E) dated the 14th February 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14th February 2011 and Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 1617 (E) dated the 17th June 2015 namely: In the Schedule to the said notification S.O.No.345 and 1617 For the word s “Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Tiruchirapalli, the words and brackets “Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Pudukkottai” shall be substituted Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O. 345 (E) dated the 14th February 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14th February 2011, amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2511 (E) dated the 25th September 2014, amendment Gazette No. S.O. 1615 (E) dated the 17th June 2015, amendment Gazette No. S.O. 1617 (E) dated the 17th June 2015 and S.O.1834 (E ) dt.08.06.2017.
