In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1198(E), dated 13th March, 2025. Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 15th March, 2025, namely:- In the Schedule to the said Notification S.O.1198 (E), for the words "SDRO, LA-2, NH, Tuticorin", the words "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Thoothukudi-2" shall be substituted.
