These authorities will perform functions under the Act for the stretch of land designated for the Four Lane Greenfield Expressway from Mokama to Munger Section, with design Chainages from Km. 0+000 (Mokama Bypass) to Km. 81+000 (Chananpura, Munger), of NH-33 (Old NH-80). The purpose covers building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management, and operation of this expressway in the State of BIHAR. The authorized officers include DLAO PATNA for NH80 Km 0 to Km 8.4 covering Patna district (Ghoswari, Mokama taluks and villages Ghoswari (40), Chinta Manchak (29)); DLAO LAKHISARAI for NH80 Km 8.4 to Km 66.3 covering Lakhisarai district (Barahiya, Surajgarha, Lakhisarai taluks and villages Sarma (166), Bishunpur (86), Chandanpura (161/1), Alinagar (158), Damodarpur (91), Neri (120), Alapur (158)); and DLAO MUNGER for NH80 Km 66.3 to Km 81 covering Munger district (Jamalpur, Dharhara taluks and villages Gauripur (432), Bindwara Arazi (206), Mahadipur (05), Jagatpur (356)). The authorization takes effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. The notification is signed by SHAIKH AMINKHAN, Director, and references F.
