By this notification, the Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the previous notification S.O. 1295(E) dated 19/03/2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the said Act, shall be acquired for the purpose of building, maintenance, management, and operation of the Construction of ROB along with its approach road at Km. 203.532 to 204.999 (Patharia) of NH-114A in district Deoghar of the State of Jharkhand. Following the declaration of intention to acquire land in the prior notification, publication of substance in local newspapers on 10.04.2025 under sub-section (3) of section 3A, consideration and settlement of objections filed under Section 3-C by the Competent Authority, and submission of the Competent Authority's report under sub-section (1) of section 3D, the Central Government now declares the land acquisition. Upon publication of this notification (S.O. 2095(E) dated 9th May, 2025) in the Official Gazette, the specified land shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances, in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 3D of the Act. The schedule details land in Village Patharia, Taluk Budai /Madhupur, District Deoghar, Jharkhand, covering approximately 0.0303521 Hectares across various survey/plot numbers.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-14052025-263090 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2050] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2025/VAISAKHA 19, 1947 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th May, 2025 S.O. 2095(E).โ€” Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 1295(E) Dated:19/03/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building(widening/two lane with papved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of Construction of ROB (District Land Acquisition Officer, Deoghar) along with its approach road at Km. 203.532 to 204.999 (Patharia) of NH-114A in district Deoghar of the State of Jharkhand And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in โ€œPrabhat Khabar" and "Dainik Jagaran" on dated 10.04.2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
