NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th February, 2025
S.O. 771(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land for construction
of VUP from Km.133.400 to Km.134.400 for "Construction of Four lane Grade separated Structure near Sri City Zero
Point (at Km.65+558), Chillakur Center (at Km.133+908) of Tada Nellore section of NH-16 in the State of Andhra
Pradesh on EPC Mode" for building (widening/Four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the VUP
on National Highway No.16 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
SCHEDULE
Acquisition of land in respect of proposed Right of Way for VUP on National Highway No.16 on the stretch of Land
from Km.133.400 to Km.134.400 for "Construction of Four lane Grade separated Structure near Sri City Zero Point
(at Km.65+558), Chillakur Center (at Km.133+908) of Tada Nellore section of NH-16 in the State of Andhra Pradesh
on EPC Mode" for building (widening/Four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the VUP on
National Highway No.16 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
