In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5223(E) dated 09.11.2022 for the work of Construction of ROB from Km 81.2 to 82.2 in lieu of LC-109/3-A/T (near Kannamangalam) of NH-234 (New NH-38) in the State of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),09.11.2022 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 2041(E) dated 22.05.2018, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "District Revenue Officer (LA), Vellore" the entry “SDRO(LA),Highways(Schemes), Vellore" shall be substituted.
