ADD (OI) 13/2023 Subject: Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports of “Telescopic Channel Drawer Slider" originating in or exported from China PR. F. No. 6/13/2023 DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the designated Authority has issued the final finding notification no. 6/13/2023-DGTR dated 19.10.2024 in respect of the anti-dumping investigation undertaken on subject goods "Telescopic Channel Drawer Slider." Paragraph 214 of the final findings and the duty table stands substituted as below- 214. Having regard to the provision contained in Rule 4(d) and Rule 17(1) (b) of the Rules, the Authority recommends imposition of the anti-dumping duty equal to the lesser of margin of dumping and the margin of injury so as to remove the injury to the domestic industry. Accordingly, definitive anti- dumping duty equal to the amount mentioned in Column 7 of the Duty Table below is recommended to be imposed for five (5) years from the date of the Notification to be issued by the Central Government, on imports of the subject goods described at Column 3 of the Duty Table originating in or exported from China PR. The landed value of the imports for this purpose shall be the assessable value as duties levied under Section 3, 3A, 8B, 9, 9A. of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
