L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-13112024-258617 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4524] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2024/KARTIKA 21, 1946 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 12th November, 2024 S.O. 4905(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 3902(E) dated 22.08.2022 for the work of Land acquisition for construction of bypass to Vettavalam Town branching at Km 165.450 and ends at Km 169.790 of NH-234 (New NH-38)(Mangalore-Villupuram Road) in district of Tiruvannamalai in the state of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, pSection 3, Sub-section (II), 22.08.2022 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1227(E) dated 21.03.2022, against Serial So. 1 in column 2 for the entry "Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai" the entry "SDRO(LA), Highways (Schemes), Vellore" shall be substituted.
