In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 362(E) dated 20.01.2023 for the work of construction of bypass from km 55.926 to 62.680 of NH 226E in the State of TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),20.01.2023 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O number 1478(E) dated 03.04.2018 and S.O number 3393(E) dated 26.07.2022, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "Revenue Divisional Officer" the entry "SDRO(LA), Highways(Schemes), Thanjavur” shall be substituted.
