L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4297] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , OCTOBER 12, 2023/ ASVINA 20, 1945 CG-DL-E-13102023-249426 1 2 3 4 5 6 115min 134min 2753/3872 भाग 1119/3872 भाग 27//16/3/2 48//1 30//3Min 25//3/1 45//15/1 32//14/1/1 14//23/2 24//7/1 77//20 [फा. सं. 16002/NHAI/PIU/AMB/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th October , 2023 S.O. 4468(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Tran sport and Highways, 3081 Dated:11/07/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the sai d Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said not ification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Greenfield Highway in the stretch of land from Km. 55.037 to Km. 71.168 (DISTRICT Office, YAMUNA NAGAR) in the district of YAMUNANAGAR in the state of HARYANA And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “ THE TIMES OF INDIA ” and “ JAG MARG ” both dated 18/07/2023 ; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been conside red and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further , in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Governmen t, free from all encumbrances.
