L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4294] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , OCTOBER 12, 2023/ ASVINA 20, 1945 CG-DL-E-13102023-249399 1 2 3 4 5 6 [फा. सं. 31012/13/PIU/BTP/LA/3D ] MINISTR Y OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND H IGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 2th October, 2023 S.O. 4465(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road T ransport and Highways, 2864 Dated:30/06/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Ext raordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specifie d in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH11A Ext in the stretch of land fro m Km. 0 to Km. 83.453 (collectorate office, Dausa) in the district of DAUSA in the st ate of RAJASTHAN . And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “ Dainik Bhaskar ” and “ Dainik navajyoti ” both dated 23 -07-2023 and Date 25 -07-2023; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Governme nt; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Go vernment hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedul e should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of t his notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
