L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-13082026-275438 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4291] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026/SHRAVAN 22, 1948 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th August, 2026 S.O. 4469(E) .— Whereas in the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of NH Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) read with rule 3 of NH Fe Rules, 2008, Central Government vide Gazette Notification bearing number S.O. 122(E) dated 17.01.2014 has authorised the M/s Moradabad Bareilly Expressway Limited(hereinafter referred to as the "Concessionaire") to collect and retain the fee on and from the date of commercial operation or publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, whichever is later, till the termination date as specified in the agreement. And whereas, National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') at its own additional cost has developed ROB (from Km. 179.350 to Km. 180.150) in district Moradabad for a length of 800m on the National Highway number 24 (new NH-09) in the State of Uttar Pradesh. A supplementary agreement dated 10th October, 2024 has been signed between National Highways of India (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority") and Concessionaire for the modalities of fee collection for the said ROB and to enable the concessionaire to collect the fee on behalf of the Authority.
