The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, under S.O. 2749(E) dated 12th July 2024 (F. No. RO-HRY-248A-01), in exercise of powers under clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), authorized the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Nuh, as the competent authority to perform functions under the Act, with effect from the date of publication, in respect of land required for upgradation to two-laning with paved shoulders of NH248A between Km 46.95 and Km 95.958 in Nuh district, Haryana, covering villages across the Nuh, Ferozepur Jhirka and Nagina taluks/mandals, including Kherla, Marora, Malab, Akera, Aagon, Solpur, Doha, Mohamadbas, Kherli Khurd, Nawli, Naseerwas, Pol, Rangala Rajpur, Chakrangala, Dhamala, Ferozepur Jhirka, Sidhrawat, Mahauli, Rawli, Patan Udaipuri, Kherli Nuh, Madhi, Rajaka, Bhadas, Asaisika, Nagina, Pithorpuri, Mandikhera and Siswana Jatka; the notification is signed by Abhay Jain, Deputy Secretary.

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for upgradation to 2 laning with paved shoulders of km. 46.95 to 95.958 of District Revenue Officer (DRO), Nuh (NH248A ) in the State of HARYANA.
