EE/NHP/EPC/NH -161BB/MR B/Kmr/2022 -23/351/3A1Corr ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 11th July, 2023 S.O. 3068(E).—In Exercise of powers conferred by Sub -Section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisf ied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief descrip tion of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning, etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of NH-161BB in the stretch of land from Km. 13.620 to Km. 39.032 (Revenue Divisional Of fice, Bodhan, District Nizamabad) in the district of NIZAMABAD in the State of TELANGANA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. hereby makes the following ame ndment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Roa d Transport and Highways published vide S.O. 2095(E), dated 03.05.2023. In the Schedule to the said Notifications the Mandal/Taluk is notified as “ Kotagiri ” for the Village s Hangerga, Kotagiri, Malkapur, Mirzapur, Pothangal, Sailampur, and Tirmalapur, but the Villages Hangerga, Pothangal, Tirmalapur pertains to “ Pothangal ” Mandal/Taluk Nizamabad District, Bodhan Revenue Division and the Villages Kotagiri, Malkapur, Mirzapur, Sailampur pertain to “ Kotagiri ” Mandal/Taluk, Nizamabad District, Bodhan Revenue Di vision . Change of Name of the Mandal for Madnur -Rudrur -Bodhan Section of NH-161BB in the state of Telangana. Due to the formation of New Mandal Pothangal vide the Nizamaba d District Gazette No. 65, dated: 23.11.2022, the Villages Hangerga, Pothangal, Tirmalapur are coming under Pothangal Mandal/Taluk, Nizamabad District, Bodhan Division.
