In exercise of the power conferred by Clause (37A) of Section 2 of The Railway (Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the following projects of Lucknow division of Northern Railway: a) Provision of 2-lane ROB along with RUB (at Railway Cost) in lieu of LC no. 16/SPL at KM 843.844 on Sultanpur- Zafrabad section of Lucknow Division on Northern Railway. b) Provision of 2-lane ROB along with RUB (at Railway Cost) in lieu of LC no. 21/SPL at KM 852.959 on Sultanpur- Zafrabad section of Lucknow Division on Northern Railway. c) Provision of RUB in lieu of LC no. 15/C (789.928), 17C (792.550), 19/C (796.201), 20/C (797.754), 22/C (800.303) Varanasi-Pratapgarh-Raebareli-Lucknow section. d) Varanasi- Pratapgarh-Raebareli-Lucknow: Provision of RUB in lieu of LC no. 33/C (818.946), 37/C (825.718), 38/C (827.110), 39/C (828.397) & 40/C (829.760) on Varanasi-Pratapgarh-Raebareli-Lucknow Section. e) Provision of RUB in lieu of LC no. 32C(JLL-SIQ), 35C(SIQ-ZBD), 36C (SIQ-ZBD) in BSB-ZBD section under ADEN/JNU as "Special Railway Projects" for acquisition of land in Districts Varanasi, Jaunpur and Bhadohi of the State Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
