NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th June, 2025
S.O. 2582(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 4 of the Recycling of Ships Act, 2019 (49 of 2019),
the Central Government hereby designates the authority specified in column (1) of the table below, to be the Competent
Authority for performing the duties specified in rule 4 of the Recycling of Ships Rules, 2021, within the geographical
area or area of expertise as specified in column (2) of the said table, namely: -
