The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, and in partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 18(E) dated 06th January, 2025, hereby appoints Shri Pradeep Kumar Roy, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Mormugao Port Authority. This appointment is effective immediately and until further orders.
