In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 1(e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, and in partial modification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) Notification G.S.R. No. 481 (E) dated 06th August, 2024, the Central Government has appointed Shri Venkatesapathy S., Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Cochin Port Authority. This appointment is effective immediately and until further orders, as per Notification G.S.R. 307(E) issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping AND Waterways (PHRD Division) on 13th May, 2025, under File No. LB-11013/1/2021-Labour-Part (2). The notification is signed by SANDEEP GUPTA, Joint Secretary.
