The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, and in partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 13 (E) dated 06th January, 2025, hereby appoints Shri Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Special Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Mumbai Port Authority. This appointment is made with immediate effect and until further orders. The notification is G.S.R. 306(E), issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (PHRD Division) on 13th May, 2025, and signed by Sandeep Gupta, Joint Secretary.
