In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5192(E) dated 07.11.2022 for the work of Construction of ROB from km. 102.632 to 103.743 in lieu of LC-86/A-3E (near Ettiwadi) of NH-234 (New NH-38) in the State of TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),07.11.2022 namely: In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1960(E) dated 16.05.2018, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai" the entry "SDRO(LA), Highways 9 Schemes), Vellore" shall be substituted.
