No. U.11019/09/2022-HR dated 4th May, 2022 published in Gazette of India under S.O. No. 2073(E) dated 4th May, 2022. Central Government in accordance with Section 35 (3) (a) (iii) & (v) of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 and Section 12 (3) (a) (iii) & (v) of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 has also notified the inclusion of names of members in the respective categories in the appropriate authority for the Union Territory of Chandigarh vide Notification No. U.11019/63/2022-HR dated 03.08.2022 which is now being replaced in respect of para (ii) as follows:- (ii) Dr. Vanita Jain, HOD Obs & Gynae, PGIMER, Chandigarh, as Member in the category of eminent registered medical practitioner.
