NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 2025
S.O. 3640(E)— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Chandra Shekhar Mahadeorao Meshram to be member of Institute
Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar in place of Dr. George D'souza, and for that purpose makes
the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-
28016/170/2018-PMSSY-IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section
(ii) vide S.O. 1842(E) dated the 10th June, 2020:
In the said notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted, namely:-
10. Dr. Chandra Shekhar Mahadeorao Meshram
The term of Dr. Chandra Shekhar Mahadeorao Meshram as member of the Institute Body shall be governed by
the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

S.O. 3641(E). — In supersession of Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,
Number Z-28016/170/2018-PMSSY.IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 1839(E) dated the 10th June, 2020 and in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1) of
the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Chandra Shekhar
Mahadeorao Meshram, as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar.
