EE/NHP/EPC/NH -161BB/MRB/Kmr /2022 -23/351/3A2/Corr ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICAT ION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2023 S.O. 3069(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the fol lowing amendment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India i n the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published vide S.O. 2094(E), dated - 03-05-2023, is required for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning, etc.,), main tenance, management and operation of NH -161BB in the stretch of land from Km. 0.00 to Km. 12.05 in the district of KAMAREDDY in the State of TELANGANA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. In the Schedule to the said Notifications, the Manda l/Taluk is notified as “ Madnoor ” for the Villages Madnoor, Wadifathepur, Sonala, Thadi Hipperga, Mahalsapur, Limbur, Hasantakli, Pedda Takli, and Sirpur, but the Villages Limbur, Hasantakli, Pedda Takli, and Sirpur pertains to “ Dongli ” Mandal Kamareddy Dis trict, Banswada Revenue Division and the Villages Madnoor, Wadifathrpur, Sonala, Thadi Hipperga, and Mahalsapur pertains to “Madnoor ” Mandal/Taluk, Kamareddy District, Banswada Revenue Division . Change of Name of the Mandal for Madnur -Rudrur -Bodhan Section of NH-161BB in the State of Telangana. Due to the formation of New Mand al Dongli vide the Kamareddy District Gazette No. 114, dated: 26-09-2023, the Villages Limbur, Hasantakli, Pedda Takli, and Sirpur are coming under Dongli Mandal/Taluk, Kamareddy Dist rict, Banswada Division.
