L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2918] NEW DELH I, TUES DAY, JULY 11, 2023/ASHADHA 20, 194 5 CG-DL-E-12072023-247236 MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (Department of School Education and Literacy) NOTIFICATI ON New Delhi, the 10th July, 2023 S.O. 3043 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections (1) and (4) of section 3 read wi th section 4 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Human Resource Development (Departm ent of School Education and Literacy), number S.O.980(E), dated the 4th March, 2020 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -Section (ii), dated the 4th March, 2020, namely: — In the said notification ,— (i) against serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — “1. Professor Yogesh Singh Chairperson”; (ii) against serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — “3 Ms. Kesang Yangzom Sherpa, IRS Member Secretary”; (iii) against serial numbers 16 and 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — “16. Smt. Indu Prasad, Director, School of Education and School of Continuing Educatio n and University Resource Centre, Azim Premji University, Bengaluru Member 17. Prof. Nain Singh, Dean, Faculty of Education, H imachal Pradesh University Member ”; (iv) against serial number 20 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — “20. Prof. (Retd.) Dr. Chand Kiran Saluja, C entral Institute of Education, Delhi University ; Samskrit Promotion Foundation, Delhi Member ”; (v) against serial numbers 21, 22 and 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — “21.
