NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th March , 2024
S.O. 1 248(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) and (2) of section 3 read with section
4 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 (14 of 2021), the Central Government,
hereby constitutes the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession and appoints thereto the following
Chairpe rson and members, namely: -
(1) Chairperson under clause (a) of sub -section (3) of section 3: Dr. Yagna Unmesh Shukla, Principal,
Government Physiotherapy College and President, Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy is appointed for a period
of two years or until further orders, whichever is earli er, with effect from the 8th day of January, 2024 ;
(2) Members under clause (c) of sub -section (3) of section 3:
