New Delhi, the 10th December, 2025
S.O. 5735(E). — In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of authorization given to Ms Rinki Jaiswal,
Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Kanpur Uttar Pradesh as a Competent Authority for Bina-Panki
Pipeline of BPCL for Uttar Pradesh region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide.
S.O. 986 dated 28th May 2024, the Government of India hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the
Schedule given below to perform the functions of the "Competent Authority" under the said Act, in respect of the area
mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:
