NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2025
S.O. 5725(E).—Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for
transportation of the natural gas from the sources in the State of Andhra Pradesh of M/s Reliance Industries Limited, to
various consumers in the country a pipeline was laid by M/s Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Limited, now
known as Pipeline Infrastructure Limited.
And whereas, Government of India has to acquire the Right of User in land under which the said pipeline was
laid. The details of those lands described in the Schedule annexed hereto are proposed to be notified for acquisition of
Right of User;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Petroleum and Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as said Act), Government
of India hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein.
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on
which the copies of the notification as published in the Gazette of India under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said
Act, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of Right of User therein for laying the
pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, Compressor Station-07, Nhavara,
Taluka - Shirur, District Pune, Pin Code – 412211; Maharashtra State.
