New Delhi, the 10th December, 2025
S.O. 5734(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section(1) of section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5414 (E) dated 13 December, 2024,
published in the Gazette of the India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), dated 13 December, 2024 as per
the schedule below.
