NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th July, 2026
S.O. 3791(E). In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in
the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned
in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Construction (Widening/Two laning/ four laning
with paved shoulder etc) maintanances managment & operation of the National Highway NH-33 Arwal Distrct (From
Km 0.000 To Km 5.600, Km 8.950 To Km 14.300 & Km 14.900 To Km 18.400), Patna District (From Km 5.600
To Km 8.950 & Km 14.300 To Km 14.900), Jehanabad District (From Km 18.400 To Km 54.900) & Nalanda
District (From Km 54.900 To Km 91.600) in the in the state of Bihar.
