The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, vide notification S.O. 2703(E) dated 10th July 2024, in exercise of powers under clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), authorizes the officers named in the annexed Schedule as competent authorities under the Act, with effect from the date of publication, for building (widening/four-laning), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 373 in Karnataka; the Schedule designates the Assistant Commissioner, Hassan as the competent authority (CALA) for the stretch from Km. 105.78 to Km. 113 in Hole Narsipur taluk, Hassan district, covering villages including Doddahalli Kavalu, Kabburu, Yadegowdanahalli, Marahalli, Marahalli Kavalu, Doddahalli and Rageehalli Kavalu, and for the stretch from Km. 113 to Km. 128.08 spanning Krishnarajanagara and Saligrama taluks, Mysuru district, covering numerous villages including Sugganahalli, Hosagrahara, Bommanahalli, Chikkavaddaragundi, Maragowdanahalli, Arjunahalli, Manchanahalli, Beeranahalli, Hampapura, Sanyasipura, Chandagaluhanta, Hebbalu, Hebbal Kaval, Katnaluhanta, Maduvanahalli, Byadarahalli, Adaganahalli, Manuganahalli, Kantenahalli, Kalenahalli, Arakere, Dornahalli, Krishnaraja Nagara, Guluvinattiguppe, Munjanahalli, Valagerehalli, Somanahalli, Bherya and Batiganahalli; the notification is filed under F.
