NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th July, 2024
S.O. 2702(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956) the central Gov't hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below as
the competent authorities to perform the function of such authorities under the said act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the official Gazette. in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding
Entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to district, circle, police station and villages mentioned in column
(4) (5) (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule, for Pynursla Bypass from existing chainage Km. 123.800 to
Km 131.820 (Design Km 37+550 to Ch Km 45+760) (Package-III)Section of NH-40 (New NH-206) between Shillong
to Dawki road upto Bangladesh Border including Dawki Bridge in the state of Meghalaya.
