O. 2238(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Vivek Kumar Raghuvanshi, Deputy Secretary (Personnel) General Administration Department, Bhopal, Government of Madhya Pradesh in place of Shri Vivek Kumar Raghuvanshi, Additional Collector, Guna Government of Madhya Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on additional charge basis, for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Madhya Pradesh. 2.
