S.O. 701(E). In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5419 (E), dated 22nd December, 2023 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) dated the S.O. 5419 (E), dated 22nd December,
2023 namely:-
