L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4648] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , NOVEM BER 9, 2023/ KARTIKA 18, 1945 CG-DL-E-10112023-250000 1 2 3 4 5 6 Total 0.7892 [िा. सं. 461344/2023(L.S -4)/3A ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AN D HIGHW AYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th November , 2023 S.O. 4848(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), the Cen tral Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for Reconstruction of Minor Bri dge at km .24.8 of NH -516E (Rajahmundry to ramppachodavaram Section ) (widening /two lane with paved shoulder /four laning etc .,), maintenance, management and operation of the district of EAST GODAVARI in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH, hereby declares its intent ion to acquire such land . Any person interested in the said land may, wi thin twenty -one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub -section (1) of section 3C of the said Act . Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajamahendravaram in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, afte r hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections . Any order m ade by the Competent Authority under sub -section (2) of section 3C of th e said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the afore said office of the Competent Authority .
