L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-10112023-249986 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4637] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2023/KARTIKA 17, 1945 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th October, 2023 S.O. 4837(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary a pipeline should be laid by the IMC Limited, through the specified lands in Kakinada District in Andhra Pradesh state, in the public interest for the transportation of Natural Gas from Kakinada–Vijaywada– Nellore (KVNPL). And whereas, it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in land described in the Schedule annexed to this Notification. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein. Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may within 21 days from the date on which the copies of the Extra-ordinary notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Kakinada – Vijayawada – Nellore Natural Gas Pipeline Project, of IMC Limited, D.No. 66-9-2/1, 1st Floor, Kamalendranath Street, Narasanna Nagar, Kakinada – 533003, Andhra Pradesh.
