The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, issued Public Notice No. 24/2025-2026 on October 6, 2025. In exercise of powers conferred by paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, the Public Notice extends the last date for filing Annual RoDTEP Returns (ARR) for Financial Year 2023-24. The deadline, which previously was September 30, 2025, is now extended till November 30, 2025. This extension is applicable with a composition fee of Rs 10,000 and is made in the interest of export promotion and ease of doing business, as signed by Ajay Bhadoo, Director General of Foreign Trade.
