Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), under S.O. 4103(E) dated 10th September, 2025, exercised powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005). This notification amends their previous notification S.O. 3143(E) dated 10th July, 2023, to replace existing members in the Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone Authority. Specifically, the entry at Sl. No. 5, previously Shri Rushikesh Medathati, Director, M/s. Worldwide Diamond Jewellery Manufacturers Pvt Ltd, is substituted by Shri Pankaj Shahbuddin Surani, Managing Director, M/s. Oil Field Warehouse & Services Limited. Similarly, the entry at Sl. No. 6, previously Shri A.R.K. Chowdhary, Director, M/S Kusalva International Limited, is substituted by Shri Venkata Sri Raja Vara Prasad Bommidala, Managing Director, M/s. Hilton Tobaccos Private Limited. The amendment is signed by Vimal Anand, Joint Secretary.
