New Delhi , the 9th September , 2024
S.O. 3852(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause 7 -A of section 2 of The Railways (Amendme nt)
Act-2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below to
Perform the functions of the Competent Authority in respe ct of the Railway Project as mentioned in column (4) of the
table, for execution maint enance, management and operation in the state mentioned in column (3) of the said Table,
with effect from the date of publications of this notification in the official Ga zette.

S.O. 3853(E).— In exercise of the power co nferred by clause 20 F (6) of section 2 of The Railways
(Amendment) Act -2008, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table
below to P erform the fu nctions of the Arbitrator in respect of the Railway Project as me ntioned in column (4) of the
table, for execution maintenance, management and operation in the state mentioned in column (3) of the said Table,
with effect from the date of publications of th is notification in the official Gazette.
