No. NHAI/PIU-BPT/2020/1011/(Arbi)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th June, 2026 S.O. 2961(E).— The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India No. S.O. 998(E), dated the 27th Feb, 2026, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:- In the Schedule to the said notification, in serial number 2 against the corresponding serial number 1, in column 2 relating to arbitrator, for Additional Commissioner (Administration) Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur "District Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar" shall be inserted.
