NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th June, 2025
F.No. QA-12012/8/2021-QA-FSSAI.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 43
of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. number 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely:—
In the table,
1. In 'A' related to NORTHERN REGION, under Punjab at serial number 2, in column (1) and respective entries in
column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted;
2. In 'B' related to WESTERN REGION, under Gujarat, for serial number 14, in column (1) and respective entries in
column (2) & (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:—
