NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th January, 2026
S.O. 138(E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in the ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, No.S.O 806(E) Dated.14.02.2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (herein after
referred to as the said act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building Maintenance, management and operation MH/KN Border (Nimbal Village,
Aland Taluk, Gulbarga District) to KN/TS Border (Singnodi Village, Raichur Taluk and District) as a part of Surat –
Chennai Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the stretch of land from KM. 21.000 to KM. 23.450 and
KM.26.600 to KM. 97.000 in the district of Gulbarga (Kalaburagi) in the state of KARNATAKA.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "The Times of India" and "Vijaya
Karnataka" both dated 11.03.2025 under sub section (3) of section 3(A) of said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received no objections under section 3C of the said Act.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub section (1) of section 3(D) of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub section (1) of section 3(D) of the said Act, the Central Government here by declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the lands specified in the said schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.

KM.21.000 to KM.23.450 and KM.26.600 to KM.97.000 (Newly Proposed Six Laning of Access Controlled
Green Field Highway of NH-150C starting from MH/KN Border (Nimbal Village, Aland Taluk, Gulbarga
District) to KN/TS Border (Singnodi Village, Raichur Taluk and District) as a part of Surat – Chennai
Economic Corridor under Bharathmala Pariyojana) in the district of Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) in the state of
KARNATAKA.
