L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3412] NEW DELH I, WEDNES DAY, AUGUST 9, 2023/ SHRAVANA 18, 1945 CG-DL-E-09082023-247978 MINISTRY OF TRIBAL AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th August, 2023 S.O. 3566 (E).—Whereas in pursuance of the Warrant of appointment issued by the President of India under his hand and seal of 16th February, 2021, by virtue of powers vested in him under clause (3) of article 338A of the Constitution, Shri Harsh Chouhan was appointed as Chairperso n in the National Commission for the Scheduled Tribes with effect from the 25th February, 2021(Forenoon); And, whereas, the aforesaid appointment was notified by the Government of India in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs vide notification number S.O. 3786(E), dated the 15th September, 2021; And, whereas, Shri Harsh Chouhan has tendered his resignation from the post of Chairperson of the National Commission for the Scheduled Tribes on 20th June, 2023 and the President has accepted his resignation with immediate effect; Now, therefore, the Central Government hereby amends the notifi cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs number S.O. 3786(E), dated the 15th September, 2021 namely: - “In the said notification, serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.” [F.
