L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-09072026-274296 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3435] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026/ASHADHA 10, 1948 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2026 S.O. 3570(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 to 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 3502(E), dated 2nd August, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "said notification"), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) relating to the levy of user fee on a section of NH-166E (design km 00+000 to design km 47+500) in the state of Maharashtra, namely:- "In the said notification, location of fee plaza in Table 2 & Table 3, for the words "Shivani Phata Village", the words "Yewlewadi Village" shall be substituted."
