Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), hereby makes an amendment to the notification of the Government of India, S.O. 3666(E), dated 4th August, 2022, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii). This corrigendum, identified as S.O. 2067(E) and dated 9th May, 2025, amends the said notification S.O. 3666(E) by replacing the entry 'Name of Village-Thanwarpur' with 'Name of Village-Thanwaharpur'. A note clarifies that the name of the village shall be read as Thanwaharpur instead of Thanwarpur. The original notification related to the improvement and up-gradation of newly declared NH-227B (84 Kosi Parikrama Marg) Package -I, from km 228.920 (Jagarnathpur) to Km 235.960/0.000 (Makhauda Dham) to Km 29.000 (Sarpur) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC basis. The corrigendum was issued under File No. RO-LKO-NH(O)-NH-227B-2021-22 and signed by SHAIKH AMINKHAN, Director.
