S.O. 3778(E) dated 20.10.2020 and S.O. 4469(E) dated 25.10.2021 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 23.10.2020 and 26.10.2021 and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Sunil Kumar Jha, Deputy Development Commissioner (Retired), Bihar Administrative Service in place of Shri Janak Kumar, Land Reform Deputy Collector, Khagaria District, Government of Bihar and Shri Ram Roop Prasad, Additional Secretary (Retired), Labour Resource Department, Bihar Administrative Service to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, for a period of Twelve Months, for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Bihar. 2.
