NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2026
S.O. 120(E).—In pursuance of powers conferred by Explanation 1 below sub-rule (1) of Rule
4 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Lands) Rules, 1963, I,
Mohit Mishra, (Dy.Collector) Competent Authority authorized by Government of India, Ministry
of Petroleum & Natural Gas vide Notification S.O.512(E) dated 04th February, 2022 (published in
the Gazette of India on 07th February, 2022) under Section 2(a) of the Petroleum & Minerals
Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962(50 of 1962) to perform the functions of
Competent Authority for laying Silvassa Spur Pipeline by M/s Pipeline Infrastructure Limited
(PIL) in the State of Union Territory, in consultation with M/s PIL, to whom the Right of User in
the land in that area has been vested and in whom the ownership of the pipeline in that area vests,
hereby declare the dates, mentioned in Column 4 of the Schedule annexed herewith, as the dates of
Termination of Operations in District Dadra and Nagar Haveli in the State of Union Territory.
