NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 2025
S.O. 3638(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. M V Padma Srivastava to be member of Institute Body of All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, Deoghar in place of Dr. N.K. Arora and for that purpose makes the following amendment
in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/170/2018-
PMSSY.IV dated the 30th Jan, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O.
618(E) dated the 07th Feb, 2020:
In the said notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted,
namely:-
10. Dr. M V Padma Srivastava
The term of Dr. M V Padma Srivastava as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Deoghar shall be governed
by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

S.O. 3639(E). — In supersession of Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare,
Number Z-28016/170/2018-PMSSY.IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 1841(E) dated the 10th June, 2020 and in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1) of
the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. M V Padma Srivastava
as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Deoghar.
