NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 2025
S.O. 3634(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Prof. (Dr.) Tejas Madhusudan Patel to be member of Institute Body of All
India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur in place of Dr. S.S. Agarwal and for that purpose makes the following
amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-
28016/177/2019-PMSSY.IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section
(ii) vide S.O. 1826(E) dated the 10th June, 2020:
In the said notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted,
namely:-
10. Prof. (Dr.) Tejas Madhusudan Patel
The term of Prof. (Dr.) Tejas Madhusudan Patel as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Jodhpur shall be governed
by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

Number Z-28016/119/2023-PMSSY-IV dated the 02nd August, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section
3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 3619(E) dated the 11th August, 2023 and in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1)
of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Prof. (Dr.) Tejas
Madhusudan Patel as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur.
