L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-08062026-273237 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2792] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026/JYAISTHA 18, 1948 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th June, 2026 S.O. 2886(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest to lay Pipeline within Barmer (Rajasthan) to Bhogat (Gujarat) Crude Oil Pipeline Project by Vedanta Limited and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein; Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on which copies of Gazette of India containing this notification area made available to the General public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Land Acquisition Officer Cum Competent Authority, O.N.G.C.L., CEIL, OALP- VEDANTA Barmer – Bhogat Pipeline Project, Collector Campus, Barmer, Rajasthan-344 001.
