S.O. 375(E) dated 19.01.2023 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 23.01.2023 and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Smt. Kalavathi M., Tehsildar Grade-2, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, Government of Karnataka in place of Smt. Banupriya H., Tehsildar Grade-2, Government of Karnataka to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for Natural Gas Pipeline Infrastructure of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Karnataka. 2.
